The purpose of this tool is to provide you with a picture of the situation in your workplace. This will help you to assess the quality of the relationships that are observed, based on the strengths and weaknesses you will identify.

It can be used in two contexts :

Improve the working climate
You respond based on what you observe in your workplace, including yourself in the portrait. Based on your answers and those of your colleagues, it will be possible to identify your strengths and gaps that may affect healthy work environment. This way, you will be able to jointly target areas of intervention to improve your working climate..

Risk Assessment of Psychological Harassment
You answer in relation to others, depending on what you observe in your workplace. Then, with the answers of your colleagues, it will provide a more complete picture of the situation in order to better understand what is happening.


After submitting your impressions, you will automatically receive a copy of your responses by e-mail, so you can analyze and share it with people you trust. On request, we can send you a summary table to facilitate your task.

In addition, if you enter a pass code below, the summary table associated with your nickname will be sent to the person who provided you with the code. The latter will then be able to interpret your results and explain them to you afterwards.

Be assured that your name will not be disclosed to anyone without your consent.
